- The "G-SHOCK 40th Anniversary Clear Remix" series is a limited edition model of G-SHOCK, which has been pursuing toughness since its birth in 1983 and will celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2023. The base design is based on the first-generation DWG model. The base design is based on the original DW-5000. The circuit board of the digital model has a special specification to commemorate the 40th anniversary, with the G mark and other symbols on the board pattern. The case back features the 40th logo designed by Eric Hays, who also designed the G-Shock 25th, 30th, and 35th logos, and the star mark, which represents the number "40," is engraved on the ring and center clasp. The star mark expressing "40" is engraved on the ring and the center clasp.
